Faction Goals and Expectations

Hi there, welcome to the official forum of the Citadel faction. If you are interested in joining us but looking for more information about us and what we hope to achieve, you've come to the right place.

This faction is based upon the principles of teamwork and community. We believe that the progress of the whole is more important than the progress of the individual, and we expect to see the actions of our members reflect this ideal. Through cooperation and collaboration, we will establish ourselves as a faction of power and influence in the Harshlands.

This faction supports Player vs Player (PVP) and Player Killing (PK). We believe that these two options are features rather than flaws of the game, and thus we believe that they should be exercised. However, being part of an online community in Perfect World, we understand that our actions will have consequences. We must take responsibility for what we do, as a guild and as a team.

This faction seeks to one day participate in Territory War. It is an ambitious goal, but we believe that it is reachable with determination and perseverance. Our vision is to see the Citadel name dominating the map.

The founders of this faction understand the use of cash for this game but personally choose not to. We believe that all cash shop items can be obtained through in-game economy at a much better value. Your decision is your personal choice; we will respect it no matter what it is.

Lastly, we will be using some form of talk program to enhance communication and coordination, such as Ventrilo or Teamspeak. We will set that up in time, so we hope that you can prepare the necessary software/hardware for it.

I was the director of OUTLAW... you helped my group with Krixxix back in the day .

Anyways glad to see Kylin is doing well and looking for people to join . Unfortunstely I recently had OUTLAW merge with Citadel and can say that such a course of action would only end in failure. Most people in this game just don't merge well, even if the efforts of the leaders are sincere.

We've increased in strength recently though, so things are going well . I'm sure our leaders would be glad to consider an alliance though, and I think that would be a great idea .

Good luck to KyLin and maybe we'll talk in game .

Outlaw was tough With Regicide ( the faction i am in Sanctuary server)
Now Outlaw has only 1 territory left and i thnk Nef will take that one too.

I don't follow Sanctuary politics, sorry. There's an OUTLAW faction on Harshlands, that's what I was director of. We were initially from Lost City, although I and many of us had no association prior to Harshlands.
